I decide to write blogs in English from time to time. 

I witnessed the birth of some future-big stars when I was England. X-Factor is the most popular and sucessful true-man show, which is like the famous "Pop Idol". Broadcasted by ITV, X-factor aims at discovering the most talented pop stars no matter what their ages are. The first stage of the program is to have a national tour, through which some candidates will be selected. from various places of the UK. Then the candidates will be mentored by each judge according to the classifications: group and solo (under 25 or above). Each judge would decide which 4 of ttheir own group will remain in the program and enter the live performance on TV. Once the final candidates are decided, the candidates would face fierce competitions because each week one candidate needs to go home if he receives the lowest support from the audience's text messages and phone calls. The last remaining 3 candidates enter the final competition, which always is the primax of the program.

Last year, the winner was a 24 year good-looking man Shane Ward. But my favourite is the third-place winner Journey South, a talented group made up of brothers Andy and Carl. Journey South has a very impressive vocal performance. Their best performances are those soft rock songs like Desperado. The elder brother Andy is always confident on TV while the younger brother Carl looks somewhat shy.. The best thing is that their first Album is to be released on the 20th of March. Wish them all the best.

I have asked my friend to buy this album and bring it to me when he comes back to China. I'm looking forward to it.
